Fui 3 vezes em 2 semanas nesse shopping e só essa loja sem sistema!
Péssimo
 There is never a system in this restaurant!
I went 3 times in 2 weeks to this mall and only this store without a system!

Veio faltando um lanche do meu pedido, tentei entrar em contato com a loja na hora, mas ninguém atendia o telefone!
Até no shopping ligamos para confirmar o telefone da loja!
Entrei em contato com o KFC por e-mail e Instagram, pediram a nota e tudo mais... E NADA resolvido!
A sacola estava MUITO BEM LACRADA na hora da entrega, e perguntaram se o entregador poderia ter aberto!!
LÓGICO que não! Mas claro que iriam culpar o entregador!
Além de ter faltado o lanche do meu esposo, TUDO estava apimentado! A batata, o frango e tudo mais!
Pensa no seu filho de três anos tentando comer a batata e não conseguindo por conta de tanta pimenta!
Foi péssimo!
I asked for Ifood a while ago, but NOTHING was resolved!
A snack came missing from my order, I tried to get in touch with the store right away, but no one answered the phone!
We even called at the mall to confirm the store's phone number!
I got in touch with KFC by email and Instagram, they asked for the note and everything... AND NOTHING solved!
The bag was VERY TIGHTLY SEALED at the time of delivery, and they asked if the delivery person could have opened it!!
Of course not! But of course they would blame the delivery boy!
In addition to missing my husband's lunch, EVERYTHING was spicy! Potatoes, chicken and everything else!
Think of your three-year-old son trying to eat the potato and not being able to because of so much pepper!
It was awful!

Purchased at the physical store and everything was perfect, as per our request. Hot, we love it. The service was also excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood nessa loja, e me enviaram só metade do pedido, pedi balde de frango 3 lanches e coca-cola 1,5 litros e me mandaram 1 latinha 350ml e não me respondem no ifood! Absurdo!!!!
I made an order for ifood in this store, and they sent me only half of the order, I asked for a bucket of chicken 3 snacks and 1.5 liter coke and they sent me 1 can 350 ml and they don't answer me on ifood! Absurd!!!!

I placed an order for ifood in this store, and they sent me only half of the order, I asked for chicken, potato and coke, they only delivered the chicken, and they didn't answer me in ifood on top of that! Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela porque não há opções para nenhuma. O que adianta atendimento rápido se o produto é péssimo. Gorduroso, totalmente sem tempero os cortes são ruins. De balde com 12 pedaços vieram duas asas de frango, 5 pedaços de peito o resto só carcaça. Horrível. Os pedaços de peito são secos. Sem tempero algum e muito gorduroso. É não se trata de uma fritura sequinha como deve ser. Nunca mais volto, decepção total.
A star because there are no options for any. What good is fast service if the product is lousy. Greasy, totally without seasoning the cuts are bad. From a bucket with 12 pieces came two chicken wings, 5 pieces of breast the rest just carcass. Horrible. The breast pieces are dry. Without any seasoning and very greasy. It is not a dry fry as it should be. I'll never be back, total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu avalie no Ifood mas não pensei que podia piorar, comprei hoje 20/05/22 tirinha de frango pelo Ifood, fiquei impressionada que o tamanho das tirinhas eram inferiores as que eu compro pessoalmente na mesmaloja, beleza relevei mas, tentei comer e não foi possível, dei para minhas cachorras, não tinha frango nem nada, uma "carne rosa" dura que tive dificuldade de cortar, dinheiro jogado fora. Decepcionante.
I evaluated it on Ifood but I didn't think it could get worse, I bought today 20/05/22 chicken strip by Ifood, I was impressed that the size of the strips were smaller than the ones I buy in person at the same store, beauty revealed but, I tried to eat and it wasn't possible, I gave it to my dogs, there was no chicken or anything, a tough "pink meat" that I had difficulty cutting, money wasted. disappointing.
