★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar para se comer ! Fiquei quase 1 hora na fila para fazer meu pedido , a menina do caixa parecia estar aprendendo , estava sozinha e mais uma galera batendo papo , ninguém para ajudar , era nítido que ela estava nervosa.
Os atendentes são totalmente sem educação e se não bastasse tudo isso estavam preparando os lanches sem luvas e sem máscaras , pegavam os pertences dos lanches e jogavam , fazendo com pouco caso. Não recomendo pra ninguém , e acredito que pela lanchonete ser dentro do Jundiaí Shopping , deveria haver mais fiscalização em relação a higiene .Quanto a educação , isso aí vem de berço , se a pessoa desrespeita a colega de trabalho , vai desrespeitar qualquer pessoa .
Enfim , não recomendo para ninguém !!
 Worst place to eat! I was in line for almost 1 hour to place my order, the cashier seemed to be learning, she was alone and one more guys chatting, no one to help, it was clear that she was nervous.
The attendants are totally uneducated and if all this were not enough, they were preparing the snacks without gloves and without masks, they took the belongings from the snacks and played with little attention. I do not recommend it to anyone , and I believe that because the snack bar is located inside Jundiaí Shopping , there should be more inspection in relation to hygiene . As for education , this comes from the cradle , if a person disrespects a co - worker , they will disrespect anyone .
Anyway, I don't recommend it to anyone!!

Não é só bom é muitooo bom. Gostoso bem feito e constante é sempre igual. Todas as vezes igual, sabor, temperatura e atendimento. Parabéns ao gerente daqui de Jundiaí, não sei se é o mesmo para as duas filiais, mas Parabéns, sabemos o quanto hj em dia manter padrão de qualidade e atendimento é complicado e aqui tem tido êxito .
( Só não tenho imagens ainda, pq sempre acaba antes da foto rs )

It's not just good, it's reallyoo good. Well done and constant yummy is always the same. Every time the same, flavor, temperature and service. Congratulations to the manager here in Jundiaí, I don't know if it's the same for both branches, but Congratulations, we know how hard it is today to maintain quality and service standards and it has been successful here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito frustrada com a rede... acho que das últimas 3 vezes que pedimos tivemos problemas... Dessa vez, uma demora de mais de 45 minutos e ninguém na frente esperando pedido, simplesmente porque a fritadeira tinha desligado e teriam que ligar de novo pra fazer o frango... não tivessem vendido se não conseguiriam atender. Serviço péssimo.
Very frustrated with the network... I think the last 3 times we ordered we had problems... This time, a delay of more than 45 minutes and no one at the front waiting for the order, simply because the fryer had turned off and they would have to turn it on again to make the chicken... if they hadn't sold it if they wouldn't have been able to attend. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é péssimo, nunca tem troco, as meninas não tem educação, ficam com a máscara abaixo do nariz e ainda falando em cima do lanche dos clientes! Além de tudo, nunca tem pão para lanches, assim eles te obrigam a comprar baldinhos q saem bem mais caro! Está cada dia pior!
Service is terrible, there is never change, the girls have no manners, they keep the mask under their nose and still talk about the customers' snacks! On top of that, they never have bread for snacks, so they force you to buy buckets that are much more expensive! It's getting worse every day!

4 PQ NÃO FECHA LOGO!...
Gestão péssima, como pode deixar faltar esses itens pleno fds, tive que pedir catchup no mc donalds, (não é atoa q são os melhores). Pedi um combo não tinha batata, perguntei se tinha como tirar a batata e dar um desconto, segundo ela não era possível, então perguntei se podia colocar uma outra tira ou pedaço tbm não era possível, KFC tenta ser grande mais nunca Será!
As moças que atende estavam com uma vontade de trabalhar que só por Deus, o gerente não vê isso? Gerencia fraca sem atitude, competência e Ma gestão ... Não quer trabalhar não tem pq ficar com o funcionário, por mim trocaria a gerencia..Fica dica!...

Terrible management, as you can miss these full weekend items, I had to ask for catchup at mc donalds, (no wonder they are the best). I asked for a combo there was no potato, I asked if there was a way to remove the potato and give a discount, according to her it was not possible, so I asked if I could put another strip or piece it was also not possible, KFC tries to be big but it will never be!
The girls who attend were willing to work that only by God, the manager doesn't see that? Weak management without attitude, competence and bad management... Don't want to work, you don't have to stay with the employee, for me I would change the management.. Here's a tip!...
