 The quality is falling, the service needs to improve, they don't care to serve well, it seems like they are there by force, and there's never sauce I buy the snack there and get sauce from the competitor. guard place , shame it

Cold snack, as if it had been taken out of the fridge, and with little filling! French fries were cold!

The flavor is nothing special. But "strips" would only apply if they were at least 50% smaller. The service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, KFC com mau atendimento, o lanche não estava completo, só veio com alface e frango, faltou o molho, cenoura e o repolho. O do shopping de Mauá onde eu costumo comer é bem melhor e achei que todas as redes kFC seguiam o mesmo padrão no lanche.
Good afternoon, poor service KFC, the snack was not complete, it only came with lettuce and chicken, lack of sauce, carrots and cabbage. The one in the mall in Mauá where I usually eat is much better and I thought that all kFC chains followed the same pattern for snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Pedi três lanches pelo ifood com batata e refrigerante. Manda só um lanche sem a batata com um pedaço de frango comigo.. péssimo péssimo.. não recomendo
Terrible. I ordered three ifood snacks with potatoes and soda. Just send me a snack without the potato with a piece of chicken with me.. terrible, terrible.. I don't recommend it

Os pratos executivos os preços são bons; já os combos os preços são iguais da concorrência, mas as porções de pedaços ou as tiras de frango, com 6, 8 ou 12 pedaços, são caras.
Experimentei o novo Kentucky Chicken, que o combo está com preço promocional de R$ 20,90, quando o normal seria R$ 24,90.
O sanduiche é bom, a gramatura do frango e a crocancia também.O pão é um broche.
As batatas fritas poderiam melhorar o tamanho e a qualidade.
O atendimento é bom, voce paga e aguarda a chamada pelo seu nome para retirada da refeição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a minha primeira experiência, comprei 3 lanches, um Double crunch e dois cheddar melt tirinha. De fato o frango é muito saboroso, mas em contra partida ele veio quase frio e com pouquíssimo molho.
Por o lanche ser de frango empanado tem que ter mais molho caso contrário fica muito seco,.e este estava horrível para comer.
Continuo com os lanches promocionais do Burguer King, que embora a maioria sejam de carne, são bem molhadinhos e bem servidos.
It was my first experience, I bought 3 snacks, a double crunch and two cheddar melt strips. In fact the chicken is very tasty, but on the other hand it came almost cold and with very little sauce.
Because the snack is breaded chicken, it has to have more sauce, otherwise it gets very dry, and this one was horrible to eat.
