Comprei 3 pedaços paguei no dinheiro a caixa já me olhou feio foi lá atras falou algo com o rapaz que pega os pedaços e ele pegou os mais pequenos que achou ficou procurando na bandeja eu estava de olho logo após um outro rapaz que estava lá atras falou " esta louco?" E trocou os pedaços por pedaços maiores.... Enfim não sai perdendo mas se não fosse esse outro teria me lascado
The food is great, some attendants already.... I bought 3 pieces I paid with the money the cashier looked at me ugly went back there said something to the guy who takes the pieces and he took the smallest ones he found, he looked in the tray. eye right after another guy who was back there said " are you crazy?" And he replaced the pieces for bigger pieces.... Anyway, I don't lose but if it wasn't for this other one I would have splintered

Comprei um combo e veio sem o hambúrguer, apenas batata, pedaço de frango e refrigerante, na hora que vi já mandei mensagem no ifood para tentar reaver, sem sucesso... Ninguém responde, não tem um telefone para contato, além da batata ter chegado gelada. Dinheiro perdido.
Wrong order, again... I bought a combo and it came without the hamburger, just potato, piece of chicken and soda, the moment I saw it I already sent a message on ifood to try to get it back, without success... No one answers, they don't have a phone for contact, in addition to the potato arriving cold. Lost money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Dia 15/03/2022 -20h. Funcionário Gustavo ignora pessoas na fila dos pedidos, não chama pessoas para retirar o pedido. Após aguardar em frente alguns minutos esperando atendimento, diante do descaso resolvi ir comer em outro lugar.
Terrible service. Day 03/15/2022 -20h. Employee Gustavo ignores people in the order queue, does not call people to pick up the order. After waiting in front for a few minutes waiting for service, given the neglect I decided to go eat somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei outras vezes e o lanche sempre esteve bom, mas hoje estava péssimo.
Refrigerante sem gás, Batata murcha e o Hambúrguer com o frango muito duro parecendo que tava queimado, muito salgado e bem ardido, além do Barbecue estar com um gosto estranho.
I've bought other times and the lunch was always good, but today it was terrible.
Soda without gas, Potato wilted and the hamburger with the chicken very hard looking like it was burnt, very salty and well burnt, in addition to the Barbecue having a strange taste.
