 The KFC at the maxi mall in Jundiaí is horrible. There's always a shortage of ingredients and they don't have the entire menu they offer.

I placed an order through iFood and I was missing an item worth R$37.90! No assistance from the restaurant, let alone iFood (this is the second time my order has been incomplete). Never!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o restaurante fiz meu pedido de dois Box, primeiro que a atendente estava com má vontade, e segundo meu pedido era pra viagem, quando cheguei em minha residência faltou itens ao meu pedido, 4 tirinhas crocantes. Decepção!
I went to the restaurant I ordered two Boxes, first the attendant was in a bad mood, and second my order was for takeout, when I arrived at my house there were items missing from my order, 4 crispy strips. Disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no KFC do Maxi com meus avós e minha mãe. Aparentemente como todo o KFC, fomos porque é um KFC. Quando chegamos estava uma bagunça, a cozinha, o atendimento. Tinha um moço sentado no chão, parecia que estava passando mal. Alguns funcionários, iam e vinham do estabelecimento e ficou chata essa situação. A vontade de ter um cliente ali era "ótima". Só não posso reclamar dos lanches, já que são padrão.
Poderia voltar várias e várias vezes nesse KFC, mas vou pensar muito bem antes.
I went to Maxi's KFC with my grandparents and my mother. Apparently like all KFC, we went because it's a KFC. When we arrived it was a mess, the kitchen, the service. There was a young man sitting on the floor, he looked like he was sick. Some employees came and went from the establishment and this situation was annoying. The desire to have a client there was "great". I just can't complain about the snacks as they are standard.
I could go back again and again in this KFC, but I'll think about it very carefully beforehand.

On this site it says it's open, but I'm at the place and the employees told me it opens only at 11:30. Leave with misleading information.
