Total absurdo vem fazendo este estabelecimento onde não há perca de garantia de nenhuma peça para ser trocada, além do que perderam uma venda e mais um cliente.
Very bad, since on 01/22/20 I ordered a part to test in the car before the purchase, a fuel float, and the attendant informed that he could not because he did not guarantee parts for tests. Total absurd has been doing this establishment where there is no loss of warranty for any part to be exchanged, in addition to that they lost a sale and another customer.

Olá, boa noite. Como foi informado pelo vendendor, não podemos receber uma peça que ja foi usada no veículo. No ato da compra é necessário confirmar a marca, modelo, ano ou até motor do seu veículo.
No ato, onde não consegui comprar a peça, foram confirmados todos estes dados do veículo, e vocês possuíam a peça, que por sinal muito cara, para fazer o teste no veículo, onde vocês negaram. Pois ai, não tem como eu comprar uma peça sem testar para saber se este era ou não o problema no veículo.
''não podemos receber uma peça que ja foi usada no veículo''. Não entendi! Receber uma peça? Apenas solicitei o empréstimo da peça para testar no meu veículo para saber se este era realmente o problema, uma boia de combustível, onde se fosse este o problema iria adquirir com vocês, porém o egoismo, a falta de bom senso e preparo profissional imperaram e fui impedido de prosseguir com a compra.

Hello .. Good night. As informed by the vendor, we cannot receive a part that has already been used on the vehicle. At the time of purchase it is necessary to confirm the make, model, year or even engine of your vehicle.
In the act, where I was unable to buy the part, all these vehicle data were confirmed, and you owned the part, which by the way is very expensive, to do the test on the vehicle, where you denied it. Well, there is no way I can buy a part without testing to see if this was the problem or not in the vehicle.
