★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O grupo Rascal e Cortês preza muito pela cordialidade, gentileza e acolhida de seus clientes. No entanto, meu atendimento neste Kfé Rascal (shopping Vila Lobos) foi péssimo nesses quesitos. Fui atendida ontém ás 20:15h e tive uma má experiências com as equipes de atendimento. Não recomendo!
 The Rascal e Cortês group values the cordiality, kindness and welcome of its customers. However, my service in this Kfé Rascal (shopping Vila Lobos) was terrible in these respects. I was attended yesterday at 20: 15h and had a bad experience with the service teams. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Sentimentos de estar no lugar errado, muito mal atendido, demora para servir nossos pedidos, café pequeno minúsculo, na hora de pagar a conta a atendente nós mandou pagar no caixa com certo desprezo. Não recomendo!
Já foi ótimo, agora não retornaremos, mais.
Terrible! Feelings of being in the wrong place, very poor service, delays in serving our orders, tiny little cafe, when it's time to pay the bill, the attendant told us to pay at the cash register with a certain contempt. I do not recommend!
It was great, now we will not return, anymore.

New to Villa Lobos Shopping, KFÉ Ráscal has excellent quality and service! The Tuscan pie of green apple and pecan nuts is a must see!

Another very good "Rascal" option as always. The coffee is super cozy, the style of service is different, you order it and they take it to the table. The service was great and the coffee very good! This mini brownie is delicious!

Café bem encorpado com um chocolate muito saboroso de acompanhamento, uma apresentação bem bonita e um ambiente propício para papear. Há também opções de salgados e doces. Mudaria apenas uma parte da dinâmica do KFÉ: atendimento na mesa ao invés de fazer o pedido no caixa e se dirigir às mesas. Mas, no geral, super indico!
In the aisles of Shopping, KFÉ Rascal is a great option. Full-bodied coffee with a very tasty accompanying chocolate, a beautiful presentation and a conducive environment for chatting. There are also savory and sweet options. It would change only part of KFÉ's dynamics: table attendance rather than ordering at the cashier and addressing the tables. But, overall, super indication!
