Depois que receberam a chave não deram retorno e não colocaram a placa. Quando questionado, informaram que o valor estava alto e que se quisesse vender teria que baixar. Não fizeram o mínimo do trabalho pelo qual recebem absurdos 6% da venda.

After they received the key, they didn't give back and didn't put the plate. When questioned, they informed that the value was high and that if they wanted to sell, they would have to go down. They didn't do the bare minimum of work for which they receive an absurd 6% of the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, já estou em uma briga com vocês desde dezembro do ano passado em relação a um problema de estrutura da casa onde a calha não está dando vazão para a água da chuva e dando infiltração na cozinha e da sala, já recebi um monte de pedreiro na casa e toda vez que eles passam o orçamento vocês se recusam a resolver meu problema, os pés da minha mesa apodreceu, meu fogão está aparecendo ferrugem por causa da água que cai do teto, minha geladeira tive de colocar em outro lugar da cozinha porque está ficando cheio de água embaixo, meu rack da sala que é móvel antigo está estragando por conta da água os sofás ficam molhados, estão fedendo por causa das goteiras e infiltrações, e por diversas vezes entramos em contato sem solução, a casa parece uma caverna com tanta água caindo do teto, escorrendo pela parede, meus móveis estragando, meu filho de 2 anos já caiu duas vezes por conta de goteira, minha filha de 3 anos fica desesperada quando vê que está começando a chover por isso não vou mais ficar entrando em contato com vocês, pois são praticamente 2 meses em que estou nessa situação, vocês mandam um monte de gente para ficar entrando na casa mas quando passam o orçamentos vocês não fazem o serviço e continua chovendo mais dentro da caverna onde moro porque não dá para chamar de casa, do que do lado de fora isso porque todo mês independe da situação o aluguel vem sendo pago.
