★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood as 16:49 sendo que chegaria até às 17:59 e não chegou, enviei msg as 18:04 pelo chat falaram que estava a caminho.. as 18:15h enviei outra msg e não me responderam mais. Liguei pedindo o cancelamento mas não aceitaram, insistiram que estava chegando. Procurei em tudo no app para cancelar e não encontrei. O motoboy chegou as 18:40, eu não aceitei o pedido e não devolveram meu dinheiro, pois já havia pago via Pix.
I made a request through Ifood at 16:49 and it would arrive until 17:59 and it didn't arrive, I sent a message at 18:04 through the chat they said I was on the way. I called asking for the cancellation but they didn't accept it, they insisted it was coming. I searched everything in the app to cancel and I couldn't find it. The courier arrived at 18:40, I didn't accept the order and they didn't return my money, as I had already paid via Pix.
