★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora e pouca seriedade, após perguntar quanto tempo demoraria para o lanche ficar pronto mentiu que já estava sendo preparado, e ainda demorou mais 40 minutos para aprontar. A qualidade do alimento é boa, mas falta um pouco de preparo no lido com pessoas.
 Much delay and little seriousness, after asking how long it would take for the snack to be ready lied that it was already being prepared, and it still took another 40 minutes to get ready. The quality of the food is good, but there is a lack of preparation in dealing with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela terceira vez, faço pedido, e prometem 40-50 min e me leva 1h e meia para me entregar, detalhe segunda vez levou 2 horas .
Compreendo que a qntidade de serviço deve ser grande, mas pelo menos informe mais tempo nos pedidos, assim pedimos em outro lugar. E detalhe além da demora o lanche chega frio parecendo que ficou 1h na espera.
Espero que com o tempo vocês possam acertar a situação, pq infelizmente tendem a perder clientes com essa demora nas entrega.
For the third time, I request and promise 40-50 min and takes me 1 hour and a half to deliver me, detail second time took 2 hours.
I understand that the service qntidade should be great, but at least let more time in order, so we ask elsewhere. And detail beyond the delay snack cold arrives looking like it was 1am on hold.
I hope that over time you can set the situation, 'cause unfortunately tend to lose customers to the delay in delivery.
