Sobre o pilates, estou caminhando para 5meses, e estou gostando muito, os professores são ótimos, agradeço muito a Juliana e o Germano, já estou com saudades da Juliana, que não terei mas aula com ela.

About pilates, I'm going for 5 months, and I'm enjoying it a lot, the teachers are great, I really appreciate Juliana and Germano, I already miss Juliana, who won't have classes with her anymore.

Com a ajuda do Anderson voltei a movimentar o corpo, acreditei que a minha reabilitação e qualidade de vida eram planos possíveis. Fiz quiropraxia e fisioterapia. Agradeço ao profissionalismo e absoluta dedicação que me foram oferecidas em cada sessão.
I arrived at Ki Pilates with little mobility and strength, until then the treatment proposal was always passive and with rest. With Anderson's help I started moving my body again, I believed that my rehabilitation and quality of life were possible plans. I did chiropractic and physical therapy. I am grateful for the professionalism and absolute dedication that was offered to me in each session.
