Encomendei uma laje com eles, estranhei pela demora da entrega já que havia passado do prazo, fui até a loja pois não atendiam o telefone e simplesmente não tinham anotado a encomenda da minha laje, o rapaz que me atendeu mostrou interesse em resolver nossa situação e no dia seguinte nos entregou. Na semana seguinte fizemos o pedido da areia e mais uma vez nos decepcionamos, esperamos praticamente até o fim do dia com os pedreiros parados pois não entregaram da mesma, fizeram a devolução do dinheiro. Eu gosto da loja, gosto do atendimento, mas deixam muito a desejar com o compromisso com seus clientes.
The price is very good, however, what is lacking is the responsibility of the employees. I ordered a slab with them, I was surprised by the delay in delivery since it had passed the deadline, I went to the store because they didn't answer the phone and simply hadn't taken the order for my slab, the guy who answered me showed interest in solving our situation and the next day he delivered it to us. The next week we ordered the sand and once again we were disappointed, we waited practically until the end of the day with the masons stopped because they did not deliver it, they returned the money. I like the store, I like the service, but they leave a lot to be desired with the commitment to their customers.
