★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pela gerente da loja. Minha esposa foi trocar algo (que estava no prazo) e a gerente colocou vários empecilhos e só conseguiu na loja do Vale Sul (recomendo a loja de lá que essa).
O pós venda conta tanto quanto a venda. Sempre comprei aqui e meus familiares também, não voltaremos.
Bad service by the store manager. My wife went to change something (which was on time) and the manager put several obstacles and only managed to get it at the store in Vale Sul (I recommend the store there).
After sales counts as much as the sale. Always shopped here and my family too, we won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei de comprar aqui. Se fosse pelas vendedoras eu daria 5 estrelas. Mas pelo atendimento prestado pela gerente no domingo eu vou dar 1 estrela porque não é permitido deixar sem.
Ela foi bem curta e grossa com algo que era direito meu. Minha bebê estava no colo do meu esposo e queria dormir, eu precisava fazer uma troca e ela falou que não poderia porque a peça era de promoção, sendo que a peça não era e eu tinha a nota. Comprei com o valor cheio, sem desconto algum. Estava no prazo que a loja disponibiliza e eu iria comprar mais roupas para minha filha. Não seria apenas a troca e mesmo que fosse ela não poderia ser tão sem paciência como foi.
Eu poderia sim exigir o meu direito de troca independente da má vontade dela, mas como minha filha estava cansada e com sono eu preferi posteriormente ir para a Kidstok do Vale Sul. Lá sim eu fui bem atendida sempre, seja pelas vendedoras ou gerente.
I have always enjoyed shopping here. If it were for the sellers I would give 5 stars. But for the service provided by the manager on Sunday I will give 1 star because it is not allowed to leave without.
She was pretty short and thick with something that was rightfully mine. My baby was on my husband's lap and wanted to sleep, I needed to make an exchange and she said she couldn't because the piece was on sale, and the piece wasn't and I had the note. I bought it at full price, no discount. It was on time that the store provides and I was going to buy more clothes for my daughter. It wouldn't just be the exchange and even if it was she couldn't be as impatient as she was.
I could demand my right of exchange regardless of her ill will, but as my daughter was tired and sleepy I preferred to go to Kidstok do Vale Sul later. There, I was always well attended, either by the salespeople or the manager.
