Todas as solicitações foram totalmente atendidas, e com total respaldo da minha parte e da empresa Kikos, que busca sempre a satisfação do cliente.
Lembrando que todas ações tomadas foram resolvidos os pendencias relatadas, tudo isso temos protocolado, realizamos a troca do produto para a Sra, ja uma vez e o mesmo problema voltou a acontecer.
Em nenhum momento, informe que o problema seria sua casa, mas pode acontecer de variações do piso e acarretar em barulhos, mas que não estejam relacionados a esteira, fizemos os ajustes, onde mesmo a convidei para realizar, todo teste em nossa loja, e você se recusou.
Tentei de todas as formas lhe atender, perfeitamente bem e com total gentileza.
Atendi a Sra com inúmeras exceções, de dia e horário, Ex: Horário de funcionamento da minha logística e assistência técnica, Seg a Sex 9:00 as 20:00, e a Sra bem sabe que atendemos todas assuas solicitações aos sábados e no seu melhor horário.
Ja informei que a esteira esta totalmente em perfeitas condições, onde protocolamos tudo, e que se persistir o problema irei trocar a esteira, mas a Sra, se recusa a receber o produto!
Temos tudo registrado, conforme a lei e direito do consumidor, lhe atendemos mas a Sra, somente não informa que se nega a ser atendida e receber o produto.

Mas assistência é uma vergonha, comprei uma esteira que so vive dando problema e ninguem resolve, manda ligar pra São Paulo depois tem que ligar pra loja em Fortaleza, ou seja, mandam técnico passa um silicone e nada acontece. Descanso e falta de respeito total com o cliente. Não compre pq quando vc precisar iram virar as costas!! E até agora nao resolveram meu problema e a garantia esta acabando....
Think of a regret to buy vc is super well treated and delivery first world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nessa loja! Para vender é uma maravilha, mas para resolver seus problemas são todos péssimos. Comprei uma esteira de 4mil, veio com o painel quebrado e foi uma novela para trocar. a outra que veio fazia uma barulho terrível, mandaram o técnico la minha casa umas 10x para botar graxa (isso é o que eles chamam de manutenção)... Solicitei a troca da esteira e ate hoje não resolveram, porque eles recolheram para a loja para realizar "testes"e segundo eles a esteira não tem problema algum! isso mesmo, segundo eles o problema é comigo e na minha casa. Lembrando que enviei milhões de videos dos barulhos da esteira e alem disso peso 65 kg... Fora o gerente (Murilo) que é grosseiro, mal educado e não faz o minimo de esforço para resolver seu problema. lembrando que a esteira não tem 6 meses de uso.. isso foi logo que comprei e se arrasta até hoje! corram longe dessa "loja"
Don't buy at this store! To sell is wonderful, but to solve your problems they are all terrible. I bought a 4mil mat, it came with the broken panel and it was a soap to change. the other one that came made a terrible noise, they sent the technician to my house about 10x to put on grease (this is what they call maintenance) ... I asked to change the treadmill and until today they did not solve it, because they collected it for the store to perform "tests" and according to them the treadmill has no problem! that's right, according to them the problem is with me and my home. Remembering that I sent millions of videos of the noises of the treadmill and in addition I weigh 65 kg ... Outside the manager (Murilo) who is rude, rude and does not make the least effort to solve his problem. remembering that the treadmill does not have 6 months of use .. that was as soon as I bought it and it is still going on today! run away from that "store"
