â â â â â Atendimento pĂ©ssimo, falta de organização, tamanha falta de respeito com o cliente, o espaço de atendimento sem nenhum conforto. NĂŁo indicaria para ninguĂ©m, a empresa esta desatualizada os funcionĂĄrios precisam de um treinamento de atendimento ao cliente.
Lousy service, lack of organization, such a lack of respect for the customer, the service space without any comfort. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the company is outdated and employees need customer service training.

â â â â â sou formanda e contratei os serviços da kilder, porĂ©m apĂłs esta experiencia, cheguei a conclusĂŁo de que eu NUNCA recomenda-la para ninguĂ©m, atendimento Ă© pĂ©ssimo, os funcionĂĄrios nĂŁo conseguem resolver problemas simples e a alice, alĂ©m de ter tratado eu e minha mĂŁe com falta de educação e cinismo, nĂŁo quis me vender UM convite extra, sendo que algumas horas mais cedo eu vi um menino comprando.
I am a trainee and hired the services of kilder, but after this experience, I came to the conclusion that I NEVER recommend it to anyone, service is terrible, the employees are unable to solve simple problems and Alice, besides having treated me and my mother with a lack of education and cynicism, he didn't want to sell me AN ââextra invitation, and a few hours earlier I saw a boy buying.

â â â â â Meu baile de formatura aconteceu no dia 30 de março de 2019, no Metropolitam Hall, a equipe do Kilder buffet foi perfeita, começando pelo Rafael que foi na reuniĂŁo na faculdade no primeiro contato e depois com toda paciĂȘncia com os formandos e a comissĂŁo,no baile do recepcionista atĂ© a moça responsĂĄvel pela limpeza do banheiro foram impecĂĄveis. NĂŁo temos o que reclamar, a comida maravilhosa , bebida bem gelada, tudo muito bem servido do inĂcio atĂ© a hora do cafĂ© da manhĂŁ. Enfim, super recomendo, se pudesse daria nota 100000 na avaliação. PARABĂNS AOS ENVOLVIDOS .
My prom was held on March 30, 2019, at the Metropolitan Hall, the Kilder buffet team was perfect, starting with Rafael who went to the college meeting on first contact and then with all patience with the trainees and the committee in the The receptionist's dance to the girl in charge of cleaning the bathroom were flawless. We do not have anything to complain about, the food is wonderful, the drink is very cold, everything is very well served from the beginning until breakfast time. A abordagem deles foi excelente, prometeu muitas coisas para os formandos, de inĂcio o contrato com erros de portuguĂȘs, as fotos nĂŁo sĂŁo editadas, ficaram pĂ©ssimas, falta de compromisso com todos os formandos de enfermagem, os convites de colocação de grau atrasados para entregar os convidados, muito em cima da hora. Muito triste isso, nĂŁo indico pra ninguĂ©m.
Very disappointed with this company. Their approach was excellent, they promised many things to the trainees, at first the contract with errors in Portuguese, the photos are not edited, they were terrible, lack of commitment to all nursing trainees, the degree placement invitations late to deliver the guests, very short notice. This is very sad, I don't recommend it to anyone.
