No entanto, por algum erro, foi preciso fazer nova coleta. Aí a coisa desandou de vez... O atendimento foi confuso. A profissional claramente não sabia o que fazer. Certamente não tinha experiência e a coleta foi desastrosa. Demorou demais, precisou fazer dois furos... Minha bebê chorou como nunca havia chorado e não voltou a chorar novamente. Poderia ser mais precisa na história mas, não vou me alongar. Simplesmente não recomendo.
My experience started "fair" when I went to do the heel prick test on my baby. The professional who attended us was objective and showed dexterity in the collection technique. However, due to some error, it was necessary to make a new collection. Then things went awry... The service was confusing. The professional clearly didn't know what to do. I certainly had no experience and the collection was disastrous. It took too long, had to drill two holes... My baby cried like she had never cried and she never cried again. I could be more precise in the story, but I won't go into too much detail. I just don't recommend it.
