 Garbage. I called asking if I had a vaccine. They said yes. I got there and the attendant said she didn't have one. Brats!

The clinic does not offer clear information to its clients. Bad service and the phone is always busy. Incompatible with the high price you pay.

Levei minha filha para vacinar, e fomos muito mal atendidos pela "profissional", que aplicou a vacina.
Minha filha tem apenas 4 anos e estava agitada e com muito medo, ao invés da pessoa acalmá-la, a mesma demonstrou seu total despreparo e gritou: Não me chute! devido a mesma estar debatendo suas pernas pelo medo da vacina.
Aplicou a vacina com certa rispidez e deu as costas de forma acelerada empurrando cadeiras e abrindo portas com brutalidade.
Acho que a direção dessa Clínica deveria escolher profissionais aptos a trabalhar com crianças.
I was disappointed with this clinic (Ipanema unit).
I took my daughter to vaccinate, and we were very poorly served by the "professional" who applied the vaccine.
My daughter is only 4 years old and was agitated and very afraid, instead of calm her, she showed her total unpreparedness and shouted: Do not kick me! because she was flailing her legs out of fear of the vaccine.
He applied the vaccine with a certain harshness and turned quickly, pushing chairs and opening doors brutally.
I think that the direction of this Clinic should choose professionals who can work with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento tanto telefônico qto presencial. A Rayssa foi muito gentil, me explicou tudo, mostrou o lote e a validade da vacina e conferiu minha carteira. Fui tomar a herpes zoster e a experiencia foi agradável e sem intercorrências. Voltarei outras vezes la, se precisar. Nota dez!
I really enjoyed the service, both telephone and in person. Rayssa was very kind, explained everything to me, showed me the batch and validity of the vaccine and checked my wallet. I went to take herpes zoster and the experience was pleasant and uneventful. I will come back there other times, if need be. Grade A!

Gostaria de registrar a reclamação contra o conveniado Kinder vacinas. Em todas as abas relacionadas a Vacinas não há a indicação dos Plano de Saúde aceitos pela empresa.
Ao entrar em contato por Whattsapp, não me foi apresentada a questão se o atendimento era particular ou pelo plano de Saúde.
Questionada por meio de seu canal de atendimento a empresa alegou que a responsabilidade por formular o questionamento era minha, e se negou a restituir o valor e direcionar a cobrança ao Plano de Saúde que eles atendem.
Não me parece uma atitude adequada a um prestador de serviço conveniado a Fapes.

I would like to file a claim against Kinder Vaccines. In all tabs related to Vaccines, there is no indication of the Health Plan accepted by the company.
When contacting Whattsapp, I was not asked whether the service was private or by the health plan.
Questioned through its service channel, the company claimed that the responsibility for formulating the question was mine, and refused to refund the amount and direct the charge to the Health Plan they serve.
It does not seem to me to be an appropriate attitude for a service provider with a partnership with Fapes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there several times with little one. Our experience was very good, we never had to wait long, vaccination was always quick, no cry or very little. It's very good location, near park where you can go with kid(s) afterwards (ie. with burrito from Azteca or whatever to picnic)

I went there for a yellow fever vaccine in order to get out of the country. This vaccination center provides the vaccine, but DOES NOT provide the "Certificado Internacional de Vacinação ou Profilaxia (CIVP)". They provide you with a "step-by-step" process on how to achieve this NECESSARY document, but that's it. Now I am at the mercy of Brazilian bureaucracy to get this done. I learned there are other private vaccination centers that DO provide this additional certification. But KINDER does NOT provide this.
