★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horroroso fui concertar meu telefone o cara botou um monte de elástico no celular e falou para abrir só no outro dia pq estava com cola, quando liguei o tel a tela estava rachada e não dava para mexer direito, loja muito ruim não aconselho ir lá
Horrible I went to fix my phone the guy put a lot of elastic on the phone and said to open just the other day because it was glued, when I turned on the screen the screen was cracked and could not move right, very bad store do not advise going there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Pedi a troca da bateria do iPhone. Após a conclusão do serviço, a saúde da bateria do iPhone, ao inves de valor numérico, indicava “manutenção”. Questionei ao vendedor (me parece gringo), que nao teve o mínimo de educação nem de profissionalismo, afirmando que eu precisaria resetar o Iphone no computador em casa. Perguntei se um reset de fábrica no próprio iPhone resolveria, ele disse q não... (????) Ridículo! Solicitei a reinstalação da minha bateria e paguei um valor ABUSIVO pela mão de obra. King Cell NUNCA MAIS!!! FIQUEM LONGE!!!
Terrible experience. I ordered the iPhone battery replacement. Upon completion of the service, the iPhone battery health, rather than the numeric value, indicated “maintenance”. I questioned the seller (sounds like a gringo to me), who didn't have the least education or professionalism, saying that I would need to reset the Iphone on my computer at home. I asked if a factory reset on the iPhone itself would solve it, he said no... (????) Ridiculous! I requested the reinstallation of my battery and paid an ABUSIVE amount for the labor. King Cell NEVER AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possível. Eles trocaram a tela do celular da minha esposa (iPhone 5s), a tela em menos de 1 mês ficou ruim. Como eu tenho pouco tempo para vir aqui no centro, vim com um pouco mais de 1 mes e eles não quiseram nem mexer no celular. São desonestos. Não façam negócio com esses caras.
The worst possible. They switched the screen from my wife's cell phone (iPhone 5s), the screen in less than 1 month was bad. Since I have little time to come here downtown, I came with a little over 1 month and they did not even want to touch the cell phone. They are dishonest. Do not do business with these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, meu filho comprou lá uma tela e venderam para ele ruim , quando chegou em casa que foi colocar no telefone a mesma estava queimada, eles não quiseram trocar fui em outra loja e o vendedor disse que a tela que venderam para o meu filho era usada, conclusão perdeu 150,00 pela desonestidade deles. São pilantras, te dão o cartão da loja e vc não consegue falar com eles e nem respondem ao zap. Não aconselho ninguém comprar lá.
Bad experience, my son bought a screen there and they sold it to him bad, when he got home he went to put it on the phone, it was burned, they didn't want to change it, I went to another store and the seller said that the screen they sold to my son was used, conclusion lost 150.00 by their dishonesty.
