Levei meu Motorola para trocar a tela , devolveram com a capa traseira totalmente danificada, estou a mais de um mês no aguardo para troca , fora que com menos de 30 dias a tela trincou novamente e se recusaram a trocar , peças não respondem no ART 18 do CD, que assegura a qualidade dos produtos fornecidos , alegaram mau uso, intencionalmente ,para que perdesse a garantia , porém já estou procurando meus direitos nós princípios do código de proteção do consumidor.
Acham que o consumidor é ignorante e não sabe dos seus direitos, pois bem, ainda bem que existem leis que nos resguardam.
Enfim, se estiver procurando alguma assistência com credibilidade passem longe desta, além de não arrumarem ainda danificam o que estava em perfeitas condições.
