★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fones de ouvido de péssima qualidade. Fazem a propaganda enganosa do fone original mas sabemos que são produtos falsificados. A testagem de garantia deles será feita testando no celular de um funcionário onde (provavelmente) será de uma marca e modelo diferente do seu e se funcionar no celular dele e no seu não... Azar o seu! Além da minha experiência já ouvi o relato de um amigo muito próximo que levou seu vídeo game para conserto e o pessoal da assistência técnica trocou as peças originais boas e colocaram outras bem ruins no lugar.
Poor quality headphones. They mislead the original phone, but we know they are fake products. Their warranty testing will be done by testing on an employee's cell phone where (probably) it will be of a different make and model than yours and if it works on their cell phone and yours not ... Bad luck! In addition to my experience, I heard a report from a very close friend who took his video game for repair and the technical assistance staff exchanged the original good parts and put some really bad ones in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem se eu tivesse um inimigo, pois não cumprem prazo e contudo ainda são desonestos, deixei dois dos meus consoles para limpeza e reparos, em um dos foi feita a limpeza e uma substituição de leitor óptico sem necessidade pelo qual paguei e no outro conseguiram avariar ainda mais e pior, tiveram a ousadia de substituir a placa e componentes imaginando que eu ficaria apenas com as considerações deles, más levei em outra assistência e o técnico lá apenas confirmou o que estou relatando.
Fujam dessa assistência e principalmente do proprietário dessa loja!
I do not recommend even if I had an enemy, because they do not meet the deadline and yet they are still dishonest, I left two of my consoles for cleaning and repairs, in one of them the cleaning and replacement of an optical reader was done without need for which I paid and in the other they managed to break down even more and worse, they had the audacity to replace the board and components, imagining that I would just be with their considerations, but I took it in another assistance and the technician there only confirmed what I am reporting.
Escape this assistance and especially the owner of that store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava fazer um backup de arquivos pesados que estavam no meu celular com a tela quebrada e inicialmente quiseram me cobrar R$80 só pra mover os arquivos. Consegui negociar o serviço pelo aparelho, já que estava parado e eu só queria os arquivos, só que depois quiseram me enfiar um pendrive de R$80 pra me passar os arquivos, sendo que dei opções de armazenamento na nuvem gratuitos e sem cadastro, além de existirem diversas opções como One Drive, Google Drive e Dropbox. Além disso, me devolveram o celular todo sujo de cola de adesivos. Se não quer pegar o serviço não pega, mas má vontade é complicado.

Era só não ter gasto o MEU tempo e não ter aceitado o serviço. A loja é sua, não obriguei ninguém a aceitar o serviço. No fim agradeço porque consegui fazer em outra loja, em menos de um dia, e ainda recebi um valor pelo celular (que estava em ótimo estado, só com a tela quebrada e está longe de ser resto). Obrigado!

I managed to negotiate the service for the device, since it was stopped and I only wanted the files, but then they wanted to stick me a R$80 pendrive to pass the files to me, and I gave them free cloud storage options without registration, in addition to there are several options like One Drive, Google Drive and Dropbox. In addition, they returned my cell phone covered with adhesive glue. If you don't want to take the job, you don't, but grudgingly it's complicated.

It was just not having wasted MY time and not having accepted the service. The store is yours, I didn't force anyone to accept the service. In the end, I'm grateful because I managed to do it at another store, in less than a day, and I still received a price for my cell phone (which was in great condition, with only the screen broken and is far from being leftover).
