O vendedor havia garantido que só trabalhavam com produto bons e que esse piso não viria empenado. Mentiu só para vender, pois como ele mesmo disse, tem mais de 30 anos de experiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPRE LÁ - GATO POR LEBRE, Só se você quiser comprar porcelanato para fazer mosaico é o lugar perfeito, pois comprei 10 caixas de piso da Marca DELTA SANTORINE LINHA B e estava ciente que vinham com alguns defeitos e quebras, porém das 50 peças de 73x73 só vieram 10 EM PERFEITO ESTADO, um absurdo e aí retornei na loja para pelo menos trocarem aquelas peças, pois necessito de pelo menos mais 10 peças inteiras, das 10 caixas tiveram 02 caixas que estavam com defeito de fabricação (estão maiores e foram refiladas de forma errada e outras estavam com pedaços faltando, porém não era quebra e sim falta de material nas pontas e uma totalmente branca) no final só ficaram com a peça totalmente branca e as outras 09 peças informaram que não trocariam, ENTÃO PENSE PELO MENOS UMAS 04 VEZES ANTES DE FECHAR NEGÓCIO COM ELES.
