★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a comida em si é boa, entretanto o lanche é pequeno e o atendimento é horrível, demorou 10 min para a garçonete trazer uma latinha de refrigerante e mais de 20 min para ser feito um suco, e não era porque o local estava cheio ou com movimento, estava bem tranquilo e todos conversando.
the food itself is good, however the snack is small and the service is horrible, it took 10 minutes for the waitress to bring a can of soda and more than 20 minutes to make a juice, and it wasn't because the place was full or full movement, it was very quiet and everyone was talking.

Se diz hamburgueria,mas você sai com fome por não chegar seu pedido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá, não gosto de fazer isso. Mas é um alerta para o estabelecimento e para os clientes. Se quiser beber é um lugar bacana sim, agora se está na intenção de comer um Hambúrguer, uma porção procure outro lugar. Demoraram 1:40 minutos para fazer o lanche. 40 para encher uma torre de chopp. No sábado a casa estava lotada e pelo que eu contei tinha apenas 4 Garçom ( apenas um tinha preparo para atuar). Em relação ao Hambúrguer, eu comi um tal de Palasse custa R$37,00. Com todo o respeito, um dos piores lanches que eu já comi em toda a minha vidaaaaaaa e ainda veio ( FRIO) e detalhe eu estava com muitaaaa fome, pois estava mais de 10 horas sem comer. Não recomendo para ninguém péssima experiência e hamburguer muitooo fraco. A atendente que estava fechando os pagamentos ( a Caixa) estava com tanta vontade de ir embora, que apenas seu corpo físico estava ali. Pois era super grossa com os clientes que estavam Pagandoooo isso mesmo, seca e grossa. Resumindo foi isso.
Obs: Tiveram que lançar 3 vezes os pedidos, fora o que veio na comanda cobrando coisas que não chegaram. Se a gente não olha íamos pagar por algo que não consumimos.
É uma crítica construtiva, não pretendo voltar e não indico.
Come on, I don't like doing this. But it is a warning for the establishment and for customers. If you want to drink it's a nice place, now if you're intending to eat a Hamburger, look elsewhere for a portion. It took 1:40 minutes to make the snack. 40 to fill a tower with draft beer. On Saturday the house was full and from what I counted there were only 4 Waiters (only one was prepared to act). As for the Hamburger, I ate a Palasse at R$37.00. With all due respect, one of the worst snacks I've ever eaten in my entire life and it still came (COLD) and I was really hungry because I hadn't eaten for more than 10 hours. I don't recommend it for anyone, a bad experience and a veryoo weak burger. The attendant who was closing the payments (the Caixa) was so eager to leave, that only her physical body was there. Because it was super thick with customers who were Pagandoooo that's right, dry and thick. In short, that was it.
Note: The orders had to be launched 3 times, apart from what came in the command, charging for things that did not arrive. If we don't look, we would pay for something we don't consume.
It's a constructive criticism, I don't intend to go back and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima ter ido no sábado pedi um lanche e veio errado o meu e da minha amiga falaram que ia trocar depois de mais de uma hora o dela veio o meu não o Chopp estava quente com um gosto péssimo fui para me divertir e com vontade de comer um lanche e por fim sai de lá com fome e quando fui conversar com a moça do caixa estava eu e minha amiga e simplesmente ela fez pouco caso nem atenção deu ainda fez cara de deboche me arrependi muito de ter ido gastar dinheiro lá
It was terrible to have gone on Saturday I asked for a snack and it came wrong mine and my friend's they said they would change it after more than an hour hers came mine no the beer was hot with a terrible taste I went to have fun and in the mood to eat a snack and finally leave there hungry and when I went to talk to the girl at the cashier, my friend and I were there and she simply didn't pay attention, she even made a face of mockery I really regretted having gone there to spend money
