Sou comerciante e sei que devemos tentar sempre atender as expectativas dos clientes não consegui pedir o que queria por delivery, pois trabalham com duas opções diferenciadas. Uma para consumir apenas na loja e outra para entregar o que não faz sentido para mim já que estamos no meio a uma pandemia, onde devemos evitar frequentar qualquer tipo de estabelecimento. Devem se reinventar, senão continuarão perdendo clientes como perderam comigo.
I tasted it once when I was passing in front. The taste is really good, but they fail in the service. I am a trader and I know that we must always try to meet customer expectations. I was unable to order what I wanted for delivery, as they work with two different options. One to consume only at the store and the other to deliver what does not make sense to me since we are in the middle of a pandemic, where we should avoid going to any type of establishment. They must reinvent themselves, otherwise they will continue to lose customers as they lost with me.

Tinha uns "pelotes" de farinha que não foi misturado direito.. e na vitrine tinha brigadeiro com casca dura.. ja tinha passado alguns dias e ficou açucarado. Que pena! Podia ser tudo fresquinho. O atendimento é bom!
I bought it once and it was very good. The second time (May / 2021) I didn’t like it very much .. There were some pellets of flour that weren’t mixed well .. and in the window there was a brigadeiro with a hard shell .. it had already been a few days and it was sugary. What a pity! It could all be fresh. The service is good!
