As 22:00 entrei em contato e a mesma me informou que o pedido não havia nem sido preparado.
Então resumindo falta de Comprometimento e Respeito.
NÃO INDICO.

At 22:00 I contacted and she informed me that the order had not even been prepared.
So summarizing lack of Commitment and Respect.
