Em menos de uma semana, pude ter a experiência dos bares das praias de Porto Seguro e de Ubatuba. E Porto Seguro me surpreendeu.
Frequento Ubatuba à 20 anos e nestes últimos 5 anos, virou um atendimento capitalista.
Aqui no kiosque da Lagoinha, WC e Ducha são pagos, mesmo fazendo o consumo deles.
Então optei por não consumir e só pagar o WC. Fico chateado pois os garçons ganham os 10% que no meu caso, não deu o valor pago pelo WC.
Espero que um dia achem uma saída saudável, pois está difícil para todos ganhar o seu $$$$

In less than a week, I was able to experience the bars on the beaches of Porto Seguro and Ubatuba. And Porto Seguro surprised me.
I have attended Ubatuba for 20 years and in these last 5 years, it has become a capitalist service.
Here at the Lagoinha kiosk, toilets and showers are paid for, even if you consume them.
So I chose not to consume and just pay for the toilet. I'm upset because the waiters earn the 10% that in my case, didn't give the amount paid for the toilet.
I hope one day they find a healthy way out, because it's hard for everyone to earn their $$$$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiosque de primeira qualidade, tanto nas porções, bebidas e também no ótimo atendimento!! Frequento lá a mais de 25 anos e a partir deste ano (2021) a Prefeitura autorizou a construção dos banheiros os quais são bem limpos. Parabéns Kebra's Mar Lagoinha - Ubatuba SP
Top quality kiosk, both in portions, drinks and also in the great service!! I have been there for over 25 years and as of this year (2021) the City Hall authorized the construction of the restrooms, which are very clean. Congratulations Kebra's Mar Lagoinha - Ubatuba SP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela porque não tem opção se zero! Quiosque com atendimento péssimo, vc já chega sendo tratado com hostilidade! Vi avaliação anteriores, tem várias pessoa que reclamaram de coisas similares. Vamos lá vou falar sobre minha experiência, chegamos na frente do quiosque e pedi um guarda sol, pq estava com as minhas cadeiras e era a única coisa que iria necessitar. A primeira coisa que o garçom perguntou com muita arrogância se iríamos consumir, meu querido é óbvio se eu pedi o guarda sol eu iriria consumir e outras coisas que aconceram que não vou relatar que o testo vai ficar muito grande! Acredito que o quiosque tenha que mudar o procedimento de atendimento!
I gave one star because there is no option if zero! Kiosk with terrible service, you are already treated with hostility! I saw previous reviews, there are several people who complained about similar things. Come on, I'll talk about my experience, we arrived in front of the kiosk and asked for an umbrella, because I had my chairs and it was the only thing I would need. The first thing the waiter asked with a lot of arrogance if we were going to consume it, my dear it's obvious if I asked for the umbrella I would consume it and other things that agreed that I won't report that the test is going to be too big! I believe that the kiosk has to change the service procedure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabamos optando por ficar no quiosque devido ao garçom ser tão atencioso conosco e logo nos arrumou uma mesa. Passamos um dia gostoso, gastamos bem, mas no final do dia fui surpreendida com a falta de profissionalismo e respeito da pessoa que fica no caixa (possivelmente a dona) que não liberou o banheiro para eu usar pq não estava com a pulseira no braço e sim segurando a fita - questionei que não fomos orientados a “colocar” a pulseira e pensei que usaríamos todos a mesma pulseira para ter acesso ao banheiro. Ela então chamou o garçom (aquele mesmo que nos conquistou a ficar, e nos atendeu super bem durante todo o dia - até foto tiramos com ele) e o advertiu na frente de todos, constrangendo-o e causando um desconforto geral, e na sequência me negou o direito de usar o banheiro. Enfim, sem comentários para uma pessoa assim, como eu mesma disse na frente de todos, ela deveria levantar as mãos pro céu e agradecer aos funcionários que tem pq se dependesse dela e de sua arrogância, aquele quiosque estaria as moscas. Eu iria voltar amanhã, depois dessa eu não volto nunca mais. Decepção total! Aos funcionários, obrigada pelo atendimento e espero que logo vocês encontrem um lugar digno e não sejam mais sujeitos a situações como essa.
We ended up choosing to stay at the kiosk because the waiter was so attentive to us and soon got us a table. We had a nice day, we spent it well, but at the end of the day I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and respect of the person who is at the cashier (possibly the owner) who did not release the bathroom for me to use because I didn't have the bracelet on my arm and yes holding the tape - I questioned that we were not instructed to “put on” the bracelet and thought that we would all use the same bracelet to have access to the bathroom. She then called the waiter (the same one who won us over, and served us very well throughout the day - we even took a photo with him) and warned him in front of everyone, embarrassing him and causing general discomfort, and then denied me the right to use the bathroom. Anyway, no comments for a person like that, as I said in front of everyone, she should raise her hands to the sky and thank the employees who have because if it was up to her and her arrogance, that kiosk would be the flies. I would go back tomorrow, after that I will never go back. Total disappointment! To the employees, thank you for your service and I hope that soon you find a decent place and are no longer subject to situations like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive com minhas amigas e fomos super bem atendidas pelos garçons . Ficamos na faixa de areia com guarda sol, pedimos porções e vieram bem servidas, foi ótimo! Voltaremos com certeza.
I was with my friends and we were super well attended by the waiters. We stayed on the beach with an umbrella, ordered portions and they came well served, it was great! We will be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of drinks and eats with an emphasis on sea food. Clean (considering the circumstances - it is a beach quiosque) and good enough service. Foods are good, caipirinhas as well, although on the pricey side. You can do a lot worse for a beach side place.
