★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que falta uma gerência mais competente nesse estabelecimento. Saí para lanchar com um grupo de amigos e as reclamações sobre a qualidade dos lanches são de mal a pior. Acredito que não é por incompetência dos funcionários e sim do dono ou do gerente, já vi muito disso nesses tipos de estabelecimentos, a macarronada praticamente nao tem carne moída, apenas molho, a carne não era filé, além do mais parece que estavam com pena de colocar os ingredientes. Tem que investir em qualidade, não adianta fazer algo barato e regrar ingredientes pra lucrar mais. O barato saí caro para o cliente e acaba fazendo com que ele não volte mais no ambiente. O marketing pode ser positivo ou negativa vai depender de vocês.

You have to invest in quality, it's no use making something cheap and regulating ingredients to profit more. Cheap is expensive for the customer and ends up making him not return to the environment. Marketing can be positive or negative will depend on you.
