★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então vamos dar continuidade ao assunto do ifood. Eu contei em todos meus app da minha família e tem mais de 15 pedidos com boas avaliações e somente uns 4 com avaliações ruins. Se não estão preparados para ouvir o feed back sem mandar o cliente comprar em outro lugar deveriam mudar de ramo. Mas sim pode ter certeza que EU não compro mais com vocês. Mas através de mim pelo menos 5 pessoas começaram a comprar. A propaganda boca a boca ainda é a melhor que tem. Vocês não tem tino algum , educação mesmo para lidar com os problemas do cliente .E olha que já comprei várias vezes . Outra coisa quanto ao problema do cartão que eu pedi pagamento em um e vocês alegaram que meu cartão estava com problema e eu tive que pagar em outro, assim que o motoboy saiu meu esposo foi à padaria e usou o cartão normalmente! O problema estava na máquina de vocês.
Todas as vezes que tive algum problema tive que lidar com a falta de educação e desinteresse de vocês. Eu não preciso da pizza de vocês pra viver mas te garanto que nos dias de hoje clientes assíduo com problema são pra tentar resolver e não mandar embora.

And I've already bought it several times. Another thing about the problem with the card that I asked for payment on one and you claimed that my card was in trouble and I had to pay on another one, as soon as the motoboy left my husband went to the bakery and used the card normally! The problem was in your machine.
Every time I had a problem I had to deal with your lack of education and disinterest. I don't need your pizza to live but I assure you that these days regular customers with problems are trying to solve them and not send them away.
