★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz o meu pedido mas os atendentes ficaram me empurrando outro prato. Pedi as bebidas primeiro e só chegaram depois do prato. O chopp estava velho e a comida nada agradável. A carne dura, o frango cru por dentro e a linguiça de péssima qualidade, sendo que eu queria só um filé de frango com fritas. Os garçons notaram que eu estava reclamando e mudaram o jeito de me servir e nem perguntaram se estava tudo bem. Péssimo!
 I placed my order but the servers kept pushing me another plate. I ordered the drinks first and they only arrived after the plate. The beer was old and the food was not good. The meat is tough, the chicken is raw inside and the sausage is of poor quality, and I just wanted a chicken fillet with fries. The waiters noticed that I was complaining and changed the way they served me and didn't even ask if everything was ok. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem, dia 26/03/22, resolvemos pedir pizza no Kit Frango. Já somos clientes, minha família, desse restaurante desde quando abriram. Ótima comida, pizza com borda recheada maravilhosa. Olhamos no site e vimos que eles estavam com uma promoção de esfihas. Como não havíamos ainda comido esse prato no restaurante, resolvemos pedir. Qual não foi a decepção... As esfirras que vieram pareciam retalhos de pizzas mal feitas. Cada uma de uma um tamanho, extremamente gordurosas. A massa parecia que não tinha sido assada ou fermentada direito. Enfim, quis reclamar imediatamente mas meu marido não deixou. Disse que não ia mais comprar lá. Simples assim. Mas como acho que todos devem saber do bom e principalmente do ruim, estou aqui fazendo esse post. NAO PEÇAM. SAO HORRÍVEIS AS ESFIHAS! PECAM NA CONCORRENTE ! Coloquei a foto. Olhem que horror!
Yesterday, 03/26/22, we decided to order pizza at Kit Frango. We have been customers, my family, of this restaurant since they opened. Great food, wonderful stuffed crust pizza. We looked on the website and saw that they had a promotion on esfihas. As we had not yet eaten this dish at the restaurant, we decided to order it. What was the disappointment... The esfirras that came looked like scraps of poorly made pizzas. Each one a size, extremely greasy. The dough looked like it hadn't been baked or fermented properly. Anyway, I wanted to complain immediately but my husband wouldn't let me. Said he wasn't going to shop there anymore. That simple. But as I think everyone should know the good and especially the bad, I'm here making this post. DO NOT ASK. THE ESFIHAS ARE HORRIBLE! SIN THE COMPETITOR! I put the photo. Look how awful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com o cliente. Pedi um acompanhamento de refeição no aplicativo e veio outro. Enviei mensagem pelo WhatsApp com as imagens e não fui respondida. Simplesmente ignoraram a mensagem. Um simples pedido de desculpa era o esperado.
Customer neglect. I ordered a meal accompaniment on the app and another came. I sent a message via WhatsApp with the images and got no response. They simply ignored the message. A simple apology was expected.
