★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the great pleasure of dining at The Kitchen recently. It was an incredible experience. The food was some of the best Japanese food I have had. The setting was beautiful and the service was second to none. My only regret is that I can only give them 5 star. Definitely a 10 star experience. If your in Rio make this a must stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As only guest this afternoon I had the full attention of the service...ok view on the marina. Large and interresting menu card, excellent shrimps and sushi/sashimi plate, great drinks inkl. Sake choice. Price too high but ok. Reccomended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We opted for mostly sushi dishes and they tasted delicious and were presented very well - we especially enjoyed the tartare and tuna foie grass.The cocktail was also tasty and beautiful. The service is ok but would expect more for this type of restaurant. We were finishing our meal around closing time and they never really informed when we arrived that we might be cutting close in time - but they started shutting down the lights, screaming and making noises by organizing the place for closing when we were still there.
