★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito de desta imobiliária, mas precisa se atualizar na questão de recebimentos, pois o cliente não consegue fazer o pagamento se nao for ao banco ou na própria imobiliária. O caixa da imobiliária podia mandar o código de barras via e-mail, ou nos dar a opção de pagar via app do banco ou mesmo ter uma máquina para receber cartão de débito pelo menos!
 I love this real estate, but need to update on the issue of receipts, because the customer can not make the payment if not to the bank or the real estate itself. The real estate cashier could send the barcode via email, or give us the option to pay via the bank's app or even have a debit card machine at least!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei a casa a 3 meses e desde o início detectamos diversos problemas, um deles é um telhado que esta prestes a desabar. Pedi que a imobiliária falasse com o dono e eles não falam, passei o orcamento do conserto desse telhado solicitando abatimento no aluguel e disseram que eu teria uma multa de 20%(quase R$200) se atrasasse um dia.
Fujam desta imobiliária, parece não ter administração, pois ameaço procurar o dono da casa e ninguen da a minima quando se trata de manutenção. A casa esta com infiltrações de agua que pode abalar a instrutura futuramente e precisa de manutenção preventiva mas a imobiliária não da retorno nem se falou com o proprietário.
Apenas dizem que eu aluguei a casa do jeito que esta e pronto acabou. Estou acionando o Procon e procurando meus direitos.
I rented the house for 3 months and from the beginning we detected several problems, one of them is a roof that is about to collapse. I asked the real estate agent to speak to the owner and they did not speak, I spent the repair budget for that roof requesting a reduction in the rent and they said that I would have a 20% (almost $ 200) fine if I delayed one day.
Fuju of this real estate, seems to have no administration, therefore threatens to look for the owner of the house and nobody of the minimum when it comes to maintenance. The house has water infiltrations that can shake the instructure in the future and needs preventive maintenance but the real estate does not return nor talked to the owner.
They just say that I rented the house the way it is, and that's it. I'm turning on Procon and looking for my rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, as pessoas são mal educadas e grosseiras. Tinha um apartamento alugado com eles, porque foi uma solicitação da proprietária, se não fosse eu não locaria com eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não obtive boa impressão dessa empresa pois trata a pessoa conforme sua posição e imóvel a ser vendido ,não responde as expectativas, talvez por apenas ter interesse a venda de imóveis acima de valor ,muito chato mas não recomendo pra nenhum amigo ,nota zero sr Akira .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente da corretora por quase 2 anos, quando a pandemia começou e os comércios precisaram fechar e a economia caiu, procurei a corretora para negociar o valor da aluguel cerca de 3 vezes, porém não fui nem ao menos recebido para conversar.
Outra vez precisei fazer um empréstimo pessoal para pagar o aluguel durante a pandemia, por conta disso atrasei 1 dia e ainda sim cobraram uma multa absurda pelo atraso, mesmo que explicasse a situação.
Por isso afirmo e digo sempre aos amigos e parentes - nunca sejam clientes dessa empresa.
Hoje dia 21 de dezembro estou fechando meu comércio por falência, algo que poderia ser evitado com um pequena ajuda no valor do alguel, todavia, não tive uma compreensão por parte deles.
I was a client of the broker for almost 2 years, when the pandemic started and the trades needed to close and the economy fell, I looked for the broker to negotiate the rent about 3 times, but I was not even received to talk.
Another time I had to take out a personal loan to pay the rent during the pandemic, because of that I was delayed 1 day and yet they charged an absurd fine for the delay, even if it explained the situation.
That's why I always say and say to friends and relatives - never be customers of this company.
Today, December 21st I am closing my business due to bankruptcy, something that could be avoided with a little help in the amount of rent, however, I didn't have an understanding on their part.
