★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se depender do atendimento pós venda merece "zero" estrela. Comprei uma mesa que veio com defeito na laka e estou esperando desde outubro algum contato pra fazer a troca da mesa. Tinham prometido a troca em até 30 dias e lá se vão quase 4 meses. Descaso total!
If it depends on after-sales service, it deserves "zero" star. I bought a table that came defective in laka and I've been waiting since October for some contact to exchange the table. They had promised to exchange it within 30 days and almost 4 months have gone by. Total neglect!

O pós venda, "PÉSSIMO".
Comprei no final de janeiro e até agora não recebi os produtos.
Uma parte já está pronta para a entrega, só falta um móvel. Este porém NINGUÉM, consegue me informar quando vai chegar, só dizem que está na fábrica. O difícil que é um empurra-empurra entre atendente, vendedor e logística. Disseram que iam me ligar, estou esperando até hoje.
Estou muito descontente. Não ligo mais para saber dos móveis. Quero ver quando irá chegar. ?
Quero ver o que irão fazer para eu mudar meu conceito sobre a loja.

I bought it at the end of January and so far I have not received the products.
A part is already ready for delivery, only one piece of furniture is missing. This one, however, NOBODY can tell me when it will arrive, they just say it's at the factory. The difficult thing is a push-pull between attendant, salesperson and logistics. They said they would call me, I'm waiting until today.
I am very displeased. I don't care about the furniture anymore. I want to see when it will arrive. ?
I want to see what they will do to change my concept about the store.
