★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde a todos, tive um acidente grave na Bandeirantes de moto e tive que deixa-la num estacionamento por dois meses. Entrei em contato com a KM Motos, pedi um orçamento, o qual me foi passado alguns serviços por telefone. Durante duas semanas pedi que deixassem a moto arrumada para ir buscar pois sou de Ribeirão Preto. No dia marcado estava na rodoviária de SP indo para Jundiaí quando me ligaram dizendo para entrar em contato com um guincho para levar a moto na mecânica . Perdi passagem, tempo e paciência. Nem posso dizer que o serviço foi ruim porque não existiu, me enrolaram prejudicaram e ainda me deram prejuízo. Nunca precise deles.
 Good afternoon everyone, I had a serious accident in Bandeirantes by motorcycle and had to leave it in a parking lot for two months. I contacted KM Motos, asked for a quote, which I was given some services by phone. For two weeks I asked them to leave the bike ready to pick up because I am from Ribeirão Preto. On the scheduled day I was at the bus station of SP going to Jundiaí when they called me saying to contact a winch to take the bike in the mechanics. I lost passage, time and patience. Nor can I say that the service was bad because it did not exist, they wrapped me up and still hurt me. Never need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, troquei dois pneus da moto, marcaram uma hora para voltar pegar, quando cheguei o mecânico chegou logo atrás com o pneu dianteiro ( chegou de moto ) logo desconfiei pq ele levou o pneu em outro lugar, depois fui embora e chegando em casa percebi q o pneu vazou, liguei lá falaram q furaram a câmera e q o borracheiro não gerou direito, que era para eu ir falar com o borracheiro e me acertar com ele. Depois de eu soltar os cachorros fui lá e fiz trocarem a minha câmera pois o erro foi deles. De furar e de não me contar no dia o ocorrido. Não recomendo
Terrible, I changed two motorcycle tires, they made an appointment to get it back, when I arrived the mechanic arrived right behind with the front tire (arrived on a motorcycle) soon I was suspicious because he took the tire somewhere else, then I left and arriving home I realized q the tire leaked, I called there they said q the camera was punctured and the tire repairer didn’t generate right, that I was supposed to go and talk to the tire repairman and hit him. After I released the dogs, I went there and had my camera changed because it was their mistake. To stick and not tell me what happened on the day. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra de uma Moto no dia 19 de Novembro de 2021 aonde o estabelecimento iria fazer alguns reparos em 15 dias e o pagamento das multas já existentes para a transferência de documentos.
Hoje (06/01/2022) foram feitos os reparos na moto. Porém as multas não foram pagas e não consigo fazer a transferência. Nem o dut eu recebi até o momento. Eles estão enrolando.
São péssimo ????
I made a purchase of a motorcycle on November 19, 2021 where the establishment would make some repairs in 15 days and pay the existing fines for the transfer of documents.
Today (06/01/2022) repairs were made to the bike. But the fines have not been paid and I can't make the transfer. Not even the dut I received so far. They are rolling.
They are terrible ????
