I always check the Recommendations before buying but as I only saw a review 2 years ago I did not consider it and I did not feel well, service by far one of the worst I have ever received, Marcio the name of those who attended me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim atendimento telefônico, um tal de marcos atende de qualquer jeito, nem sei se chama marcos mesmo, fala pelo nariz sem vontade, ele confirmou ser Marcos, sei lá se era, pois foi tanta má vontade, não se empenham em dar maiores detalhes...a impressão que deu é que o funcionário queria se livrar do atendimento sem saber se o cliente tem ou não potencial para comprar bem!!! lamentável!!! bem, trabalho com o material em questão e dependendo da negociação poderia ser um cliente em potencial...Deus me livre um funcionário desses no meu negocio!!!
Very bad phone service, one of Marcos answers anyways, I don’t even know if he calls Marcos, he speaks through his nose unwillingly, he confirmed he was Marcos, I don’t know if it was, because it was so bad, they don’t endeavor to give more details ... the impression it gave is that the employee wanted to get rid of the service without knowing whether or not the customer has the potential to buy well !!! unfortunate!!! well, I work with the material in question and depending on the negotiation I could be a potential customer ... God forbid such an employee in my business !!!

Acredito que se tratasse as pessoas com mais empatia eu não estava aqui fazendo está avaliação... O pessoal do norte sul são super atenciosos!! Pega a visão de como se trata um cliente com eles
Terrible service on the phone!! Probably it must be the owner because employees do not usually treat customers that way... Lack of willingness to give information or ask questions. I believe that if I treated people with more empathy I wasn't here doing this assessment... The people from the north south are super attentive!! Get the vision of how a customer is treated with them
