Infelizmente, tomei conhecimento na data de hoje, 13 de Maio de 2019, sobre o descredenciamento da empresa KMTEC atraves do Sr Bruno, da marca MAKITA. Por motivaçÔes por ele apresentadas, dei-lhe plena razao, a Makita comete falhas no trato com seus prestadores de serviços e pasmem, nem Manual vocĂȘ encontra no site da Makita, estou relatando o meu caso, o de uma Roçadeira RCB412u, mal documentada e sem manual em PDF para baixar no site, caso vocĂȘ perca o seu. Espero nao me arrepender em ter adquirido uma roçadeira Makita.
