★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente decepcionado com o produto, fui sempre bem atendido pelo Sr. Eustáquio e sua equipe, mas agora que precisei de um respaldo da empresa me vi a deriva, forçado a procurar meus direitos legais, comprei um par de eixo bipartido de torção em 11 de outubro de 2019, no qual mu veio a quebrar na solda que liga o facão ao cubo em janeiro de 2020, detalhe, quebrou com o reboque VAZIO! A knott se prontificou a trocar com muita insistência minha, agora essa semana o outro eixo veio a quebrar também, dessa vez do lado direito, quebrou próximo as borrachas onde faz a torção, novamente com o reboque VAZIO!!! Decepcionado, paguei mais de 1000,00 reais pra compra e instalação do produção confiando na sua propaganda de segurança e durabilidade e me vi envolvido em 2 acidentes, com alto risco de segurança, comprei esses eixos com a proposta de maior estabilização da carga e do silêncio do reboque, pois trabalho as vezes com produtos frágeis e preciso transportalos de uma forma quase artesanal, fui orientado pelo setor técnico e pela gestão da KNOTT a procurar meus direitos na justiça, pois disseram que NÃO vão trocar mesmo o produto está do na garantia, tive prejuízos incontáveis devido aos dois acidentes por causa de um produto de baixa qualidade, vou sim procurar o Procon, a justiça e farei tudo o que for necessário pra não ficar no prejuízo, minha opinião de consumidor é, NÃO COMPREM! A proposta da empresa no pré venda é uma, quando precisamos de um respaldo tapam os olhos aos nossos problemas dizendo que não podem dar nenhuma resposta sobre o ocorrido. Mesmo sendo mostrado vídeos do momento exato do acidente, ficam alegando negligência do cliente como excesso de peso, falta de respeito com o consumidor!!!

The knott volunteered to change with much insistence of mine, now this week the other axle came to break too, this time on the right side, it broke close to the rubbers where it makes the twist, again with the EMPTY trailer !!! Disappointed, I paid over R $ 1000.00 for the purchase and installation of the production, relying on its safety and durability advertisement and found myself involved in 2 accidents, with a high safety risk, I bought these axles with the proposal of greater stabilization of the load and the trailer silence, because I sometimes work with fragile products and I need to transport them in an almost artisanal way, I was guided by the technical sector and by the KNOTT management to seek my rights in court, as they said they will NOT exchange even the product is under warranty , I had countless losses due to the two accidents because of a low quality product, I will look for Procon, the justice and I will do everything necessary to not stay in the loss, my consumer opinion is, DO NOT BUY! The company's pre-sale proposal is one, when we need support they cover their eyes to our problems saying that they cannot give any answer about what happened. Even though videos of the exact moment of the accident are shown, they are alleging the client's negligence as being overweight, lack of respect for the consumer !!!
