★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprei meu Nissan na Kobe Ipatinga, porém todas as revisões tenho realizado na Kobe, e posso dizer que do agendamento a entrega do carro após revisão, os colaboradores são profissionais, os mecanicos buscam realmente possiveis problemas no carro, o que geralmente não é muito comum em outras concessionarias que já experimentei anteriormente... eles não buscam "empurrar" peças novas a cada visita, apontam o problema com fotos e videos, e deixam facultativo ao cliente a decisão final. Recomendo sim a concessionaria Kobe.
I did not buy my Nissan at Kobe Ipatinga, but all the reviews I have held in Kobe, and I can say that the schedule of the car delivery after review, the employees are professionals, the mechanics really seek possible problems in the car, which is usually not much Common in other dealerships I have tried previously ... they do not seek to "push" new pieces to each visit, point out the problem with photos and videos, and let the customer leave the final decision. I recommend the Kobe Concessionaria.
