Havia experimentado em alguns outros restaurantes da cidade e não tinha me convencido.
O Koi tem sempre peixes fresco e ficam expostos isso nos passa mais confiança ao comer.
Atendimento de excelência de toda a equipe tanto virtual como presencial!
This restaurant is to blame for making me like oriental food.
I had tried it in some other restaurants in the city and I was not convinced.
Koi always have fresh fish and they are exposed, which gives us more confidence when eating.
Excellent service from the entire team both virtual and in person!

Seguem algumas observações: a começar pelas atendentes Geovana e Giovana que são gentis, carinhosas, atenciosas com todos que chegam!
O cardápio e extenso demais, tem opções em excesso, o que nos confundiu e nos fez perder muito tempo na mesa (o que não é legal para o espaço).
O sabor de tudo estava bom, mas acho que especialmente as peças doces (pelo menos as que comemos) merecem uma atenção maior na combinação.
A música do ambiente não estava combinando. Muita gente não liga pra isso, mas a trilha sonora é importante. Sugiro montarem uma playlist de acordo com o restaurante!
O ambiente é intimista e pequeno, o que requer maiores cuidados justo agora que estamos numa pandemia.
Koi Sushi Lounge is a nice environment and serves great food!
Here are some observations: starting with the attendants Geovana and Giovana who are kind, affectionate, attentive to everyone who arrives!
The menu is too extensive, there are too many options, which confused us and made us waste a lot of time at the table (which is not cool for the space).
The taste of everything was good, but I think that especially the sweet pieces (at least the ones we ate) deserve more attention in the combination.
The ambient music was not matching. A lot of people don't care about that, but the soundtrack is important. I suggest putting together a playlist according to the restaurant!
The environment is intimate and small, which requires greater care right now that we are in a pandemic.

*excelente atendimento;
*ambiente agradável;
*comida boa;
*preço justo
Pontos negativos:
*O local é pequeno, então se encher, vc fica bem colado da mesa ao lado (como temos que tirar a máscara para comer e beber, me achei muito exposto);
*a música poderia ser temática japonesa;
*o cardápio é muito vasto e as linhas entre os pratos muito expremidas. Nos sentimos perdidos na nossa primeira visita, pois são muitas opções e não tem fotos além da dificuldade de ler devido à diagramação do menu.
*Gratidão à Geovana e à Giovana, que foram super solícitas e nos deram um super atendimento com muita cordialidade.*
Sugestão aos proprietários:
*Refazer o menu com fotos reais dos pratos e dar a enxugada no cardápio, retirando os itens que não vendem tanto.
Se alterar isso, já vai melhorar a experiência em 80%!

* Music could be Japanese theme;
* The menu is very vast and the lines between the very expensive dishes. We feel lost in our first visit, as there are many options and have no photos beyond the difficulty of reading due to the diagramming of the menu.

Suggestion to owners:
* Refill the menu with real photos of the dishes and give the leaning on the menu by removing the items that do not sell so much.
