★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito decepcionada com o comportamento de vcs, saí do apartamento dia 11 de janeiro de lá pra cá tenho ligado toda semana,sempre me respondem que amanhã estará na conta, não depositam e não dão satisfação e vc precisa ligar por horas seguidas pra ver se dá a sorte de alguém atende lo... Não esperava esse descaso,essa é minha última tentativa depois procurarei meus direitos na justiça...Muito chateada pq achei que estava lidando com pessoas diferenciadas me enganei mais uma vez??
Very disappointed with the behavior of you guys, I left the apartment on January 11th, since then I've been calling every week, they always answer me that tomorrow it will be in the account, they don't deposit and they don't give satisfaction and you need to call for hours to see if it works the luck of someone attending you ... I did not expect this neglect, this is my last attempt after I will seek my rights in court ... Very upset because I thought I was dealing with different people I was wrong again??

They are withholding the amounts and do not transfer the rents paid by the tenant, from March/2021 to November/2021. They've been promising me for months that they'll regularize it, but they don't deliver.
