★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência não foi muito boa , fiz um pedido de um combinado de 50 peças e praticamente todas as peça foram de kani, a temperatura tava ruim tudo quente como se não tivesse resfriado . Não sou de fazer criticas , mais minha experiência não foi boa.
The experience was not very good, I ordered a 50 pieces combo and practically all the pieces were made of kani, the temperature was bad, everything was hot as if I had not had a cold. I am not one to criticize, but my experience was not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Tive uma espera de mais de 1:40h. Parece que eles dão mais atenção ao delivery. Não tinha mesa alta nem cadeiras suficientes. As peças de sushi são bem montadas e gostosas. Mas, o atendimento... Péssimo!
Terrible attendance! I had a wait of more than 1:40h. It seems they pay more attention to delivery. There were not enough high tables or chairs. The sushi pieces are well assembled and delicious. But, the service... Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante deixa muito a desejar. Nosso pedido veio após 1:45h, segundo a atendente porque tinha OUTRO (no singular) pedido na frente, e pq preparavam tudo na hora. Não vejo isso como desculpa para um restaurante.... Isso é falta de preparo.. Quando chegamos, tinha somente uma mesa ocupada, que já estava terminando sua refeição... Fico pensando quando o restaurante receber mais clientes, certamente as pessoas vão comer após 3h do pedido! ??
Praticamente todas as mesas ao estilo japonês (assento no chão, com 4 lugares) - pequenas e desconfortáveis. Uma mesa com cadeiras montada na varanda (que já estava ocupada) e ainda tivemos a opção de se montar uma mesa na calçada... Diante dessas alternativas, ficamos com a "mesa japosena" mesmo.
A Wi-fi não estava funcionando, sunomono estava em falta e não tinha nem GELO!!!!!
O ambiente não tem ar condicionado.
A comida estava gostosa, mas não vale todo o perrengue, não recomendo o restaurante. Quando vim aqui escrever a avaliação, vi que a principal reclamação é quanto a demora em servir os pratos ... Percebi que mesmo com todos esses feedbacks o restaurante parece não ter o interesse em melhorar o atendimento.
Por último: cobram 5% para pagamento no crédito.
Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Our order came after 1:45 pm, according to the attendant because there was ANOTHER (singular) order in front, and because they prepared everything on time. I don't see this as an excuse for a restaurant.... This is lack of preparation.. When we arrived, there was only one table occupied, which was already finishing its meal... I wonder when the restaurant receives more customers, people will surely go eat after 3 hours of ordering! ??
Virtually all Japanese-style tables (floor seating, 4 seats) - small and uncomfortable. A table with chairs set up on the balcony (which was already occupied) and we even had the option of setting up a table on the sidewalk... Faced with these alternatives, we ended up with the "Japosena table".
Wifi was not working, sunomono was missing and there was no ICE!!!!!
The environment is not air conditioned.
The food was delicious, but not worth all the trouble, I don't recommend the restaurant. When I came here to write the review, I saw that the main complaint is about the delay in serving the dishes... I realized that even with all these feedbacks, the restaurant doesn't seem to have an interest in improving service.
Finally: they charge 5% for payment on credit.
