★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, gostaria de deixar meu Feedback de maneira pública afim de que o mesmo possa incentivar mais lojistas a quebrarem suas limitações e se aventurarem na automação ofertada pelo sistema.
Adquiri o sistema em julho do ano passado, com a pandemia o fluxo de vendas aumentou e eu não estava conseguindo lidar correntamente com aquele aumento.
O sistema me auxiliou não só no cadastro e organização dos meus produtos, como também fluxo de caixa, balanço das peças mais vendidas, como também diminuiu a linha tênue entre vendedor é cliente, já que com os relatórios semanais ofertados pelo sistema eu pude filtrar as melhores ofertas para os meus clientes de acordo com seus gostos, tornando o atendimento mais personalizado, rápido e humanizado.
Hoje eu vejo que com o sistema muito do meu trabalho manual diminuiu, e agora posso me dedicar a outras funções.
Hello, I would like to make my Feedback public so that it can encourage more retailers to break their limitations and venture into the automation offered by the system.
I acquired the system in July of last year, with the pandemic the flow of sales increased and I was not able to deal with that increase.
The system helped me not only in the registration and organization of my products, but also cash flow, balance of best-selling pieces, but also reduced the fine line between seller and customer, since with the weekly reports offered by the system I was able to filter the best offers for my customers according to their tastes, making the service more personalized, fast and humanized.
Today I see that with the system a lot of my manual work has decreased, and now I can dedicate myself to other functions.
