★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr Motomu me atende desde os 5 anos, quando eu era estrábica e apenas com os exercícios feito em casa e na clínica, e usando óculos, corrigiu ainda na infância. Fiz acompanhamento com ele por todos esses anos, e ele é o melhor oftalmo que conheci. Minha família toda faz acompanhamento hoje, com o filho dele, também muito bom.
Dr Motomu has been with me since I was 5 years old, when I was cross-eyed and only with the exercises done at home and at the clinic, and wearing glasses, he corrected in childhood. I have been with him for all these years, and he is the best ophthalmologist I have ever met. My whole family is following up today, with his son, who is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica muito bem equipada e profissionais excelentes!Passo eu e meu filho a pelo menos 5 anos .Passei em uma consulta onde o doutor disse que quando eu pegasse meu óculos eu poderia levar pra eles conferir.
Fui na clínica a secretaria pegou meu óculos e largou na bancada por mais de 40 minutos,aí fui perguntar se eu precisava esperar todos aqueles atendimentos que tinha, ela disse claro que tem que esperar! (grosseiramente).
Eu disse você poderia ter me avisado, eu poderia agendar, voltar outro dia ....Ela disse não temos agenda pra isso ,fiquei sem entender nada. Só penso que se escolhemos trabalhar com pessoas devemos ao menos ter educação e bom senso!triste....
Very well equipped clinic and excellent professionals! I and my son spent at least 5 years. I went to an appointment where the doctor said that when I took my glasses I could take them to check.
I went to the clinic, the secretary took my glasses and left it on the counter for more than 40 minutes, then I asked if I needed to wait for all those appointments, she said of course she has to wait! (roughly).
I said you could have warned me, I could schedule it, come back another day .... She said we don't have an agenda for that, I didn't understand anything. I just think that if we choose to work with people we should at least have education and common sense! Sad ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como acompanhante vi que o local é bem organizado, tem estacionamento proximo, porém o Dr Bruno chegou bem atrasado e a consulta foi daquela tipo relâmpago. Eu, particularmente não gosto de atendimentos assim. Ouvi que o Dr Fábio é mais atencioso, para quem for, boa sorte.
As a companion I saw that the place is well organized, there is a parking lot nearby, but Dr Bruno arrived late and the appointment was like a lightning strike. I don't particularly like calls like that. I heard that Dr Fábio is more considerate, for whoever it is, good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são ótimos, porém as atendentes são péssimas. Te deixam esperando, no telefone demoram para atender, não são agradáveis.
Deveriam repensar em contratar novos funcionários para atender, pois do jeito que está, perderão muitos pacientes.
Lamentável.
The doctors are great, but the attendants are terrible. They keep you waiting, they take a long time to answer the phone, they are not pleasant.
They should rethink about hiring new employees to attend, because the way they are, they will lose many patients.
Unfortunate.

Aliás todos estão de parabéns, das recepcionista aos médicos que cuidaram tão bem dos meus pais. Durante o atendimento, eles explicaram e esclareceram muitas dúvidas e inseguranças. Meus pais ficaram muito agradecidos. ?
