★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na semana passada, vim à Kopenhagen do Bangu Shopping para tomar um cappuccino pequeno. A funcionária nos informou que eles NÃO estavam fazendo ainda pois NÃO TINHA GELADEIRA. Ela ainda deu os detalhes: a geladeira havia chegado mas foi devolvida porque "não cabia no buraco" ? OK. Voltei hoje. Já tinha geladeira! Pedimos um cappuccino pequeno que veio ralo, com bem menos chocolate - como é feito nas outras loja da rede. A água com gás que acompanha o cappuccino veio totalmente SEM GÁS. Como de costume, lojas boas (e caras) oferecendo serviços medianos no Bangu Shopping. Uma pena. Não volto mais.
 Last week I came to Bangu Shopping's Kopenhagen for a small cappuccino. The clerk informed us that they were NOT doing it yet as they had no refrigerator. She also gave the details: the fridge had arrived but was returned because it "didn't fit in the hole" ? OK. I came back today. I already had a fridge! We ordered a small cappuccino that came out thin, with much less chocolate - as is done in other stores in the chain. The sparkling water that came with the cappuccino came completely without gas. As usual, good (and expensive) stores offering average service at Bangu Shopping. A feather. I won't be back anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro! Eu sei que Kopenhagen é caro. Mas, pelo preço que cobram, o produto tem que ser impecável pra justificar a 'facada'! Não foi o que aconteceu com capuccino que pedi. Estava ralo, pouco chocolate, a água mineral não tinha quase gás algum. Completamente diferente do que é oferecido nas outras lojas.
Expensive! I know that Kopenhagen is expensive. But, for the price they charge, the product has to be impeccable to justify the 'stab'! This is not what happened with cappuccino I ordered. It was thin, little chocolate, the mineral water had almost no gas. Completely different from what is offered in other stores.
