★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um atendimento bem ruim partindo dessa loja, com respostas engessadas, para uma dúvida simples. A atendente não sabia por si só informar, e quando ia repassar a pergunta a alguém, se enrolava toda.
 I had a very bad service leaving this store, with plastered answers to a simple question. The attendant didn't know how to inform by herself, and when she was going to pass the question on to someone, she got all tangled up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kopenhagen é daquelas franquias em que se consegue quase sempre manter um padrão razoável no atendimento. Quanto aos produtos é diferente porque apenas estocam e revendem os excelentes produtos da marca.
O serviço desta loja no apertado shopping cidade de São Paulo é ok. Falta espaço, há mesas altas que normalmente requerem banquetas que não são disponibilizadas.
Tudo isso prejudica de alguma forma o atendimento e o serviço do café que fica no ok.
Caso esteja por ali e com vontade de chocolate é só entrar e aproveitar um dos dois melhores chocolates que se pode consumir no país.
Copenhagen is one of those franchises where you can almost always maintain a reasonable standard of service. As for the products, it is different because they only stock and resell the excellent products of the brand.
The service of this store in the cramped shopping city of São Paulo is ok. Lack of space, there are high tables that usually require stools that are not available.
