I are recently had them make a certified English to Portuguese translation of a set of legal documents. The week after they delivered the translation, I asked for a digital copy. They no longer had the original translation, so they re-did the translation free of charge.
Highly recommended. Don’t forget to request a digital copy at the outset if you need them. It was amazing how they handled my request for that, but you’ll save yourself and them some time and effort by requesting it upfront.
