★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São Paulo is probably the sushi capital of the world, where sushi lovers can find a seemingly infinite number of restaurants for both the appreciators of a more traditional approach and the lovers of a more contemporary take on japonese food.
Kosho is a fine example of the latter, a japonese experience that you'll definitely remember while not having to leave your car as payment. Their sake selection is not huge but has some fine options if you are so inclined on the other hand the menu has plenty to choose from. The tuna foie gras tartar deserves to be chosen and the scallops with black truffles are a masterpiece.
