N te respondem, mandam sem confirmar, atrasam e nem avisam, e quando n demoram mais de 1h sem justificativa. Já cancelei de tanto esperar. Ajustem isso por favor....

They don't answer you, send you without confirming, delay and don't even warn, and when they don't take more than 1 hour without justification. I canceled from waiting so long. Please adjust this....
