Eu a minha esposa compramos um futon, em 25 de novembro de 2017, aparentemente muito bem feito, do exato tamanho que pedimos, mas ao receber não gostamos muito do enchimento.
E ao ligar para a loja, UMA GRANDE SURPRESA, a vendedora muito simpática me atendeu cordialmente e que tudo iria ser resolvido. E assim foi tudo foi acertado em dois dias.

Me and my wife bought a futon, on November 25, 2017, apparently very well made, the exact size we ordered, but when we received it we didn't like the filling very much.
And when I called the store, A GREAT SURPRISE, the very friendly salesperson answered me cordially and that everything would be resolved. And so it was all settled in two days.
I congratulate the salespeople Clara and Gabriela and undoubtedly the entrepreneur, note 10 in all the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma busca na internet e fui na loja conhecer. Os Sofas são fabricação própria e tecido super resistente. Fui bem atendida , entrega dentro do prazo. Já uso faz 3 meses , o tecido não absorve líquido e é bem resistente , principalmente para uso de crianças. Achei um pouco caro, mas a qualidade compensa.
I did a search on the internet and went to the store to check it out. Sofas are self-made and super resistant fabric. I was well taken care of, delivery on time. I've been using it for 3 months, the fabric does not absorb liquid and is very resistant, especially for children's use. I thought it was a little pricey, but the quality makes up for it.
