São cuidadosos na escuta e registro do problema do equipamento, o orçamento vem bem claro e detalhado e o serviço foi bem ágil. Recomendo a loja a quem precisar desse tipo de serviço.
This is the second time that I take a piece of equipment to KR Notebooks for evaluation and repair. On both occasions I was very well taken care of by the staff. They are careful in listening and recording the equipment problem, the budget is very clear and detailed and the service was very agile. I recommend the store to anyone who needs this type of service.

Por recomendação, levei na KR e depois de algumas semanas ele voltou à vida! Não foi barato, mas tenho certeza que foi mais barato do que levar numa autorizada Apple. Agora é torcer para ele continuar funcionando! Atendimento muito bom também, parabéns à KR e obrigado pelo conserto!
My MacBook just wouldn't turn on. I went to any store near my house and after a few days they said that it couldn't be fixed. On recommendation I took it to KR and after a few weeks it came back to life! It wasn't cheap, but I'm sure it was cheaper than taking it to an Apple dealer. Now it's time to hope it keeps working! Very good service too, congratulations to KR and thanks for the repair!
