As aulas são dinâmicas e os alunos acabam se tornando amigos. Frequentemente fazem os jogos internos que são sempre um sucesso. Sei que a casa tem 1 ano e pouco, mas já se tornou um ícone do bairro. Se vc está pensando em começar a modalidade não deixe de ir fazer uma visita e tirar as suas dúvidas. "Se for pra desistir, desista de ser fraco"
A beautiful crossfit gym. The equipment is first rate, the team of coaches and super qualified, all with higher education. Classes are dynamic and students become friends. They often make indoor games that are always a hit. I know the house is 1 year old, but it has already become an icon of the neighborhood. If you are thinking about starting the sport, be sure to pay a visit and answer your questions. "If you want to give up, give up on being weak"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem vai a primeira vez pra algum lugar se sente muito constrangido, mas foi bem diferente na Kranio o coach Estan deu bastante atenção aos alunos novos, atenção nos movimentos, paciência, ótimo profissional. O lugar é extremamente limpo, amplo e organizado, materiais de primeira linha. Indico de olhos fechados :)
For those who go somewhere for the first time, they feel very embarrassed, but it was very different at Kranio, coach Estan paid a lot of attention to new students, attention to movements, patience, great professional.
