★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além da enrolação, erraram minha proposta de financiamento por duas vezes, alegaram demora empurrando a responsabilidade ao construtor.
Erraram meu contrato de financiamento, enrolaram para restituir o valor da diferença dos custos com a documentação, não me entregaram até agora os comprovantes dos gastos bancários e cartorias.
Enfim, nível de profissionalismo muito baixo, que tenta enrolar empurrando as responsabilidades e não assumindo seus erros, sem qualquer preocupação se está prejudicando o interessado.
In addition to the embarrassment, they screwed up my financing proposal twice, claiming delay, pushing the responsibility to the builder.
They messed up my financing contract, they rolled up to refund the difference in costs with documentation, they haven't given me the proof of bank charges and notary offices so far.
In short, a very low level of professionalism, which tries to play around by pushing responsibilities and not accepting their mistakes, without any concern if they are harming the interested party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento mediocre, pouco prestativo, pouco feedback sobre o andamento de liberação de financiamento pela caixa. Soube pelo vendedor do imóvel que o dinheiro havia sido depositado em sua conta. Três dias depois do vencimento da primeira parcela do financiamento. Só recebi o contrato de compra e venda depois que fui acionado pelo vendedor e cobrei a pessoa responsável pelo meu processo na kreditus. Pedi apoio para intermediar a situação no banco e ainda assim não recebi o retorno.
Não recomendo essa empresa definitivamente.

I asked for support to mediate the situation at the bank and still did not receive a return.
I definitely do not recommend this company.
